William C. Brandt, Managing Partner/Co-Founder
As a managing partner and co-founder of SWOT Management Group, Mr. Brandt’s mission is to build an organization that helps technology companies implement sales and marketing strategies that enable them to create and sustain a competitive advantage. With over 15 years of experience in the technology industry, His career includes a successful track record in sales, marketing, and channel management positions. He has consistently exceeded sales and profitability goals year-on-year and received numerous corporate achievement awards, which include developing strategies that help other businesses achieve their growth objectives.

Prior to founding SWOT Management Group, Mr. Brandt came from Sun Microsystems where he was responsible for creating and implementing strategies designed for driving revenue growth through a variety of sales and channel initiatives. He came to Sun from Vanstar Corporation where he contributed to the growth of the company as it went from a regional PC distributor to a multi-billion dollar solution integration powerhouse. Other career highlights include key business development and sales management positions at other leading technology consulting firms, including founding Total Network Solution, LLC a regional system integrator.

Mr. Brandt is a noted public speaker, author, and consultant. He serves as an active member of the American Marketing Association, US Chamber of Commerce, and serves on the Board of Directors for the Entrepreneurs Organization, a CEO member organization focused on cultivating business leaders. Mr. Brandt is an active member of his community, participating in numerous charitable events and coaching in his hometown’s youth lacrosse league, one of his favorite personal interests, for the past eight years.

Mr. Brandt graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Economics. In addition, Mr. Brandt served honorably in the United States Marine Corps as an Aircraft Electrician.
